Delete from the app
- Sign in to the Clora user app.
- Open Profile, then Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the request.
Your account is disabled immediately and scheduled for deletion after 30 days.

Delete Your Clora Account
You can request deletion from either the Clora app or by contacting our privacy team.
Request deletion without app access
Email support@getclora.com from the email linked to your account. If your account uses a phone number, include that number with country code. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted or retained
We delete authentication, profile, private health and AI records, attachments, companion links, notification requests, and public profile data. Consultation, prescription, payment, refund, invoice, fraud, and audit records may be retained only where clinical, tax, dispute, or legal obligations require it; those records are de-identified or reduced to the required fields.
