Full Refund (100%)

  • Within 7 Days of First Payment: If you're not satisfied with Premium features, request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription charge
  • Technical Issues: If the App is non-functional or unusable due to our technical errors, and we cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours

  • Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play) - refer to their refund policies
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Change of mind after using Premium features for more than 7 days

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. In-App Request: Go to Settings > Subscription > Request Refund and fill out the form (fastest method)
  2. Email Request: Send an email to support@getclora.com with:
    • Your account email address
    • Reason for refund request
    • Transaction ID or receipt (if available)
  3. Third-Party Purchases: If you subscribed via Apple or Google, request refunds through their platforms:

Processing Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.

Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens:

How to Cancel

  1. Open the Clora app
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm your cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Immediate Effect: Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
  • Continued Access: You'll retain Premium features until the end of your paid period (no pro-rated refund unless eligible under our policy)
  • Data Retention: Your health data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation. After that, you can export it or it will be archived
  • Reactivation: You can resubscribe anytime, but free trial eligibility does not reset

Canceling Through Third-Party Platforms

If you subscribed via Apple or Google, you must cancel through their platforms:

  • iPhone/iPad: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Clora > Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Clora > Cancel Subscription

Canceling through these platforms ensures your subscription stops renewing. Clora cannot cancel subscriptions purchased through third-party stores.

Pausing Your Subscription

Currently, Clora does not offer a "pause" feature. You must cancel and resubscribe when ready. We recommend:

  • Exporting your data before canceling (Settings > Data Export)
  • Taking note of your last cycle dates for continuity
  • Resubscribing during a promotional period (if available)

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies

If you experience a medical emergency that prevents you from using Clora, contact us at support@getclora.com. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis for refund or credit options.

Fraudulent Charges

If you notice unauthorized charges on your account:

  • Immediately contact security@clora.health
  • Change your password and enable two-factor authentication
  • We'll investigate and issue a full refund if fraud is confirmed

Account Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations, you are NOT eligible for a refund. This includes:

  • Abusive behavior toward doctors or staff
  • Sharing account credentials
  • Fraudulent activity

Promotional Offers & Discounts

Occasionally, Clora offers promotional pricing or discounts:

  • Limited-Time Offers: Discounts apply only to the promotional period. After that, standard pricing resumes
  • Referral Credits: Credits earned through referrals can offset subscription costs but are non-refundable
  • Gift Subscriptions: If you received a gifted subscription, refunds must be requested by the original purchaser

Data Export Before Cancellation

Before canceling, we recommend exporting your health data:

  1. Go to Settings > Data Export
  2. Select Export All Data
  3. Choose format: CSV (spreadsheet) or JSON (developer-friendly)
  4. Download to your device or email to yourself

Exported data includes: cycle history, symptom logs, AI predictions, doctor consultation summaries (excluding chat transcripts for privacy).

Resubscribing

If you canceled and want to resubscribe:

  • Your previous health data will be restored (if within 90 days of cancellation)
  • You'll be charged the current subscription price (not your original rate if it changed)
  • Free trial is not available again (one-time offer)
